The LumaLux Face | Pro LED Light Therapy Mask is part of our LumaLux Collection. LumaLux centers on the concept of optimal LED light therapy delivery to harness the best possible skin results from home. We have carefully developed every device, with concepts such as power density, wavelength precision, energy absorption, comprehensive coverage, and bulb placement at the forefront.

LumaLux Face has 8 unique treatment modes using scientifically proven light wavelengths to support full skin rejuvenation and combat every common skin concern. It boosts collagen, smooths fine lines, targets acne, balances hyperpigmentation, reduces redness and inflammation, and soothes irritation, all with the clinically backed power of light.

We discovered that most LED light therapy masks only covered part of the treatment area, leaving much of the face uncovered. LumaLux is designed to fill the gap for next-level, age-defying skin results.

How to Use

1. Cleanse your face with a gentle cleanser and pat dry
2. Connect the mask to the controller
3. Fit the facial device over the face and secure it
4. Press the power button for two seconds to activate the device
5. The default mode is red + infrared + deep infrared - to change press the mode button
6. After 3 minutes, the device will power down automatically
7. Apply your AM/PM skincare routine
8. Clean the device before and after use

Q: How long does it take to see results with LED light therapy?

A: Results vary depending on the concern addressed. Relief from acne-prone skin, redness, and irritation may be immediate, while the long-term collagen-boosting impacts of red and infrared light therapy may take 2-3 months to take effect fully. Consistency of treatment is key to long-term and sustained skin results

Q: Is it possible to use multiple LED colors in one treatment?

A: Each treatment mode is set for a 3 or 6 minute session. As LumaLux has a high power density with multiple LEDs we recommend limiting your treatment to two modes per day per treatment area. Exceeding this time will not provide better results and protects your skin from any potential irritation

Q: The device is slightly warm to touch, is this normal?

A: After consecutive sessions, you may notice the device is warm to touch. This is due to the efficient power density of the device. This is not harmful to the skin, as you should treat only one area for the pre-set minutes per session. If the device is warm, you may switch it off between treatments to allow time to cool down. You may also notice the control box heating up, this is normal, switch off to cool down between sessions

Q: Can I use LED light therapy every day?

A: We recommend using the mask 3-5 times per week for 3 or 6 minute sessions. LED light therapy is safe and effective for daily use, though it is not recommended to exceed the advised treatment time in any one session.

Q: How to clean my LED face mask?

Regular Cleaning (Before & After Every Use): Gently wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth or a gentle, alcohol-free wet wipe before and after each use.

Deep Cleaning (Every 2 Weeks): For a more thorough clean, sanitize the device every 2 weeks, or more frequently depending on usage. Lightly spray a soft cloth with 70% isopropyl alcohol (or higher) and gently wipe the surface. Never spray alcohol directly onto the device to avoid potential damage.

Q: How do I charge the control ? How long should it charge for?

1. Prepare the adapter: Insert the Type-C charging cable into a standard 5V charging adapter. Note: Fast chargers are not compatible with our older batch of masks.
2. Connect to device: Plug the other end of the cable into the neck insert on the control box.
3. Verify charging: The controller will display flashing "88" to indicate charging has started.

Charge time: Approximately 3 hours for a full charge (controller displays "88" when complete).

Usage note: The device cannot be used while the control box is charging.
